9:00AM - 12:00 PM OR 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
OPTION 1: VND 389,000 ++/pax (Minimum 2 persons per time)
09:00am: Reception
09:15am: Visit Hoi an's colorful market and experience the amazing sights,sounds and aromas of this busy market.You'll have chance to interact with the local seller and purchase some of ingredients to be used our cooking lesson.
09:45am - 10:00am: Back to the Restaurant, take a rest with a fruit juice or coffee with compliment at HoiAn garden restaurant.
10:00am - 11:30am: Start cooking class: Presented and guided by professional chef.
OPTION 2: VND 512,000 ++
09:00am: Driving to Tra Que vegetable village and walk through the market gardens where local farmers work on their fields using the traditional methods of hundreds years ago.
10:00am: Back to the restaurant, take a rest with a fruit juice or coffee with complement at Hoi An garden restaurant. Working together with the chef. Learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food.
