You will be an executive chef of 4 star hotel

PROGRAMES:
9:00AM – 12:00PM or 4:00PM – 7:00PM

OPTION 1: VND 495,000/pax (Minimum 2 persons per time)
09:00am: The Chef will welcome you at the reception
09:15am: Visit Hoi An colorful market and experience the amazing sights, sound and aromas of this busy market.
09:45am – 10:00am: Back to the Hotel restaurant. Take a rest with complimentary fruit juice at Hoi An garden restaurant.
10:00am – 11:30am: Start cooking class, presented and guided by professional chef.
OPTION 2: VND 795,000/pax (Minimum 2 persons per time)

09:15am: Bike and drive to Tra Que vegetable village. The Chef will take you walking through. The vegetable gardens where local farmers work on their fields using the method traditional of hundreds of years ago, no electrical. Machinery here.
10:00am: Work together with the Chef. Learn the traditional ways to preparing and cooking Vietnamese food.
OPTION 4: VND 895,000/pax
09.00am: The Chef will welcome you at the reception.

(Morning glory, banana flower, carrot, onion, tofu)
